Alnakheel - meaning "the date palm" - is named for the trees that line the Tigris and shade every family table in Baghdad. We brought that hospitality to Babcock Road, where the spit turns slow, the bread comes off the press warm, and the fries get tucked right inside the wrap because that's how it should be.
Our kitchen is built on the kind of cooking that doesn't take shortcuts. Chicken marinated overnight in our house spice. Beef smashed thin and crisp on a screaming-hot flat top. Tahini stirred from scratch. Coleslaw that actually tastes like something. Whether you came in hungry for a smash burger or a proper shawarma arabi, you're getting the same care either way.
